Are all pieces hand made?

All items are completely hand made from scratch and most jewelry listings can be customized to meet your needs. All 14k items are solid gold. I do not plate any metals. I can also cast jewelry in 18k and platinum.

Due to the hand made nature of each piece of jewelry there can be slight variations. The pictures taken for the listings are unedited and are true representations of stone color, however, stones will look different depending on lighting conditions. If you have a very specific request with regards to stone color please message me.

Refunds will not be accepted from international buyers unhappy with additional customs taxes or surcharges. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine if and how much tax will be assessed.

If resizing is required (not due to the seller's error) there will be a resizing charge.

How can I order a custom design?

Contact me If you are looking for a custom designed ring. Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D printing technology we are able to create jewelry based on a picture, drawing or basic sketch. Please contact me with any questions.

Shipping questions

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, the buyer is responsible for any customs charges assessed on international orders.

Refunds will not be accepted from international buyers unhappy with additional customs taxes or surcharges. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine if and how much tax will be assessed.

When will I receive my order?

I will contact all buyers the day I ship their orders with the tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please contact me if I need to expedite your order.

Shipping within the US?

All items shipped complimentary within the United States via the USPS or FedEx.

Returns questions

Do you accept returns/ exchanges/ cancellations?

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Refunds will only be issued on items returned in new, unworn condition. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

What can't be returned or exchanged?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Absolutely NO refunds or cancellations on custom orders.
